Works like a charm, easy to use and very light weight. Chain is easy to tighten with use. Cut all of my limbs in the yard that were to big to break.

So I got this small chainsaw to help me cut back my four bird of paradise. They have gotten out of control and I have tried cutting them with a machete, but I am no longer a young man and I quickly get tired. Well I decided to get this small chainsaw a try and let me tell you It worked great in less than 20 minutes I finish trimming back one bird of paradise. I am extremely happy with this tool. The tool comes with 3 chains two batteries, goggles a hard case and a few other things. This tool is well worth the money

Great little chainsaw. Works well, cuts through small trees and branches pretty quickly. The only issue I had (not that it’s bad for safety purposes) is that you must hold the button and the trigger at the same time. With arthritic hands this is difficult and using two hands makes being on the ladder extremely nerve wracking.

I virtually never leave a product review, but I feel compelled to do so for this little moster of a chainsaw. Don't let its small size fool you. This thing is a workhorse. I had a lot of yardwork to do, getting rid of giant invasive honeysuckle in front and back yards, and taking out three 20+ uear old boxwoods that were virtually dead because of the drought we had this summer. One battery lasted about four hours with almost constant work cleaning up the yard, and I still have power in the second battery after two hours of taking out those boxwoods. This chainsaw had enough power to go through 1 to 1.5 inch mature branches with only a little coaxing. This chainsaw is light, maneuverable, and easy to use. Adjusting the chain and cleaning out bits that go stuck in the chamber was also so easy I didn't need to refer to the instructions. In case it's not clear, I'm highly impressed by this saw and I recommend it to anyone.

This little saw works great. The motor power is just about perfect for it being a one handed chainsaw and the battery packs seem to last quite a while and the charge time is about what I would expect (1 1/2 - 2 hours). The battery power level meters do read incorrectly (they are dead when the meter is reading 2 bars), however since they give you 2 batteries who cares when one dies you just slap in the other one and put the dead one on charge. I believe I have found the solution for the chain coming loose as some people stated, I had that problem as well. If you apply just a little bit of pressure down on the chain and bar as you are tightening the lock knob it seems to stay tight. After blowing through the entire second battery my chain was still just about exactly where I had set it. I have made hundreds of cuts with this saw on everything from finger size twigs to right about the entire 6 inch bar size and I like it well enough that I have just bought a second one of these. I have 2 gas chainsaws that are now retired and with 2 of these little fellas and 4 other battery powered saws ranging from these 6 inch ones to a 20 inch Greenworks I should be ready for anything.

I have difficulty using garden hand tools anymore due to arthritic joints, my neighbors have different brands of mini chainsaws & I didn't want to keep imposing on them nor keep paying for others to prune shrubs. I am Left handed & had difficulty pressing both buttons but got my L handed neighbor to show me how to do it. I still occasionally have difficulty doing it as my hand strength is weak. It works well on woody limbs but I found with smaller green plants they can jam up in saw but I finally found a small pair of hemastats are great to remove them, there is even a good window under plastic hub that makes access pretty easy. I couldn't understand from the directions how to tighten chain, so neighbor showed me & also put a washer under the plastic knob to keep it from loosening so frequently. I am older female but find it much easier & more comfortable to use than hand pruners & lopers.

It works great. It has more power than I expected. It easily cuts maple branches up to 6”. I am very happy with it. It comes with extra chains , ready to go. It doesn’t come with chain oil. It is a great value. I recommend it.
