The title says it all. These pads almost feel wet and cold just sitting in the container (they're actually just at room temperature) The composition of the material makes it slightly sticky, which is great for placement and fit when using a heatsink or heat spreader along with a retaining clip or retention bracket. I used this on memory, MOSFETs, and an SSD with a combination of spreaders and sinks and saw a significant improvement in energy dissipation.
