This fountain works really well, and my kitty really likes it. Tearing it down to clean and then putting it back together is really easy. It also comes with a little brush to get into those hard-to-reach places. I was afraid it was going to be complicated like my old water fountain that bit the dust from a previous company, but it was not. The pump is really quiet, too! I really like the little night light in it as it makes it easy to tell if you need to refill the water without having to unplug it first.

I’ve gone through many fountain cat water bowls and this by far is the best one I’ve seen. I just received it so my cats haven’t been able to use it for very long yet, but it looks super nice, the assembly was much easier than most & it’s soo QUIET compared to others we’ve had in the past. The stainless steel will make it easier to clean, keep it cleaner for longer and keep the water much colder than plastic ones we’ve used. So far, so VERY good!!!

After having a cat the had kidney failure, I am always vigilant yo ensure my cats drink enough water. This fountain supplies clean water since it has two different filters. I clean it about once a month. It’s pretty simple to clean- just rinse each piece with hot water and use a brush. The fountain also supplies moving water so my cat can drink from the actual fountain (simulates drinking from a faucet) or else from a fairly flat surface. The water reservoir is generous so you don’t have to fill it often. It is silent when full but will start to make noise when the water level is low. I’ve purchased two of these to replace plastic fountains. The stainless steel does not pick up flavors like the plastic fountains can. Also, the stainless steel design makes it much easier to clean when compared to plastic fountains.

I have one large dog and one cat who share water bowls. I previously had a gravity filtered water bowl but it collected too much debris and didn’t stay clean for more than a day. This fountain was easy to set up, instructions were clear, and so far my pets love it. It comes with multiple filters and a wall plug attachment. It’s slightly smaller than I expected but I appreciate the size because it allows me to clean it more often and replenish the water without spilling it, which was an issue with my previous gravity bowl.

Cats love it and it works really well. Easy to clean. Bought this a year ago and the pump just started to fail, but customer support was able to immediately send out a new pump! 10/10

I’m really happy with this fountain, and my cats are as well. It is very easy to put together, and the stainless steel makes it easy to clean. Make sure you follow the instructions when you first put it together, specifically the soaking of the sponge and filter. I’ve had it for a week now, and my cats are still drinking from it. It is very quiet and the lit window at the front is super helpful to help keep track of how much water they’ve had that day since it stays lit 24/7! The stream from the “faucet” is very steady, and as long as you keep the water above the marked minimum, it does not splash everywhere. I have it on carpet, and there’s been no mess! It’s all shaped to not be top heavy like some fountains I’ve had before, much more difficult to knock over by cats with zoomies. I included pictures of my cats by it so you could get an idea of its size. Definitely give this fountain a try!

It’s a little higher than our previous fountain and I think she likes that. She took right to it. It’s quiet and easy to clean. Because it’s stainless steel and no light exposure there’s no constantly checking for any green forming in the reservoir edges. Very easy to change filters as well.

Not the most expensive filter out there, but not the cheapest one either. Neither of my cats really like the fountain (I gave it 3 weeks and only one of them barely drinks from it). The pump is relatively quiet but not “quieter than a whisper” as advertised (I can hear it from the next room over). I make sure to keep the water level full and clean the fountain regularly with a non-scratch sponge. However there are scratches in the stainless steel already! This promotes bacteria to sit in the scratches, as well as this fountain builds water scale quickly. Not satisfied with the $50+ I spent on this purchase. Both of my cats much prefer their still water bowls
