Muuuuy lento todo su funcionamiento, nada fluido, y sus funciones limitadas realmente solo para escribir notas y si es lenta hasta para eso, no te sirve. Los colores muy pálidos, casi imperceptibles en diversas aplicaciones.

A suprisingly good tablet for taking notes
I am moving from a Boox Max Lumi so I didn't have any of the issues with the interface that others are complaining about. If you are moving to this system from an "idiot proof" interface you will have a learning curve, no doubt. However, its not a perfect device. My score is based on where this thing stands in the pack.As a book Reader 4 of 10:I read on a Tolino Vision 6 and that won't change. This device is too heavy and large to displace my beloved Tolino. The 300 b&w text is crisp and lovely. The colors are muted at best. I didn't think it was going to work for this.As a technical document reader 7 of 10:My Max Lumi is a better tech reader due to its larger screen but the Tab Ultra C feels heavier in my hands - probably due to the size. Depending on the kids of docs you read color may be a boon. My PDFs are mostly b&w. I had high hopes for this.As a note taker (my primary use) 10 of 10:I like the writing interface, it feels fast. The included pen in fine but I use the LAMY AL-Star Black EMR 471 with POM Tip for Coating Surface . I find the Lamy more substantial and it has a button for erasing without need to flip my pen upside down all the time. The weight of the Ultra Tab C means that it won't scoot around on my desk. The case options for this device are rubbish right now. I use the BOOX trifold case BUT I do not take the sticker tabs off - this exposes adhesive "latch" pads. These pad collect grit and grit scratches your fancy tablet (adhesive is a bad idea if you work afield). I also have the keyboard case and it feels very "unsubstantial" to me - its flexy under my heavy hand.I love the idea of this reader. The metal case feels solid. A great folder cover would probably push my Max Lumi out of my life for good. But for now I keep my Lumi at my desk for looking things up on PDFs or blueprints. This thing goes in my EDC bag now. Gray, unreadable screen. Slow refresh. Battery drains quickly.
After taking it on a train, on a boat, and to the beach, I love it.The not so great:The colors are not very pronounced but sufficient for multi-color book illustrations. The refresh rate of the screen is something one needs to get used to.This makes the tablet useless for watching videos. It is not useful to take or watch photos with this tablet. The pastel colors are sufficient for drawings or illustrations. The tablet needs DNS and needs to ping some CN servers to deem the WiFiconnection as usable and stay connected to the WiFi,so if your outside WAN internet fails, the tablet may stay offline. The great:The "pastel" colors are actually great when reading books which use color, and act as a hint, making things more readable.I think the color palette is more like 256 colors, not the 4096 as advertised. The contrast is usable, more than enough for well designed apps and web-pages.The tablet is very readable in the sun, without much glare, and needs no additional powerto light up the screen. One can read from the tablet well in a room with good light. The front light does not use too much battery and allows about 10h read time. This is more than enough for a single read session. Using extra battery or chargingeach time should make the battery drain a non issue. On the beach, it will get very hot if left in direct sun-light, but reads well and stays coolif a bit overshadowed. The tablet disables all apps in the background (in a permanent batter saver mode). It is easy to copy your own collections to the tablet. It is easy to install APKs to the tablet, and most apps seems to work well with it.I just ordered the magnetic cover for it. The cover has a 2mm backplane, whichagrees well with the camera bump. This should alleviate the wobbling issue. The digitizer works very well with the pressure stylus and responds quickly enoughto scribble some notes or even do some drawing in pastel colors.~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~FIRST REVIEW (for comparison):My first reader so I can only compare it to LCDs.I bought it to read outdoors.Unfortunately, the screen is almost dark gray without the built-in front-light.It stays dark gray in bright sun-light as well, given that the reflected light(at only about 20% intensity) competes with the sun.And the LED font-light does not add a bit readability in the sun.So, it is not better than any LCD tablet for my purpose. With front-light the battery drops at about 15%/h giving a read time of about 5 to 10 hours. The colors are mellow at best, with no real advantage over black and white screens. The camera bump is very pronounced, and one cannot put the tablet flat on the table. With added cover that would mask the bump, the tablet becomes twice as thick.Everyone has a phone at hand with much better optics to scan documents,so it really beats me why they had to put it into a reader and ruin user experience. You pay extra for some product-manager salary and no added benefit.Refresh rates of the ink are a thing I need to get used to.The touch-screen seems responsible but the over feeling is sub-optimal.A few APPs extra apps, that I've installed, not made for e-ink, like firefox, show glitches. The existing, preinstalled apps cannot be removed or disabled, and the tablet will guide you to set-up a BooX account in CN

Nice device, no support.
I loved the device, for the three months it worked. It has developed a fault where it will run for some hours, then lock up when the cover is opened, and I can only recover control by letting the battery run down completely, then recharge it, only to have it lock up again within a day or two. This is a problem reported around the internet.I have been unable to get service assistance despite multiple attempts to do so. This device has now become an expensive paperweight as I am outside the Amazon return window and I can't get anyone to acknowledge me in relation to the device.A strong do not buy on this one.Update 11/15/23After a couple of months of wasting time trying to get support, I factory reset the unit and got it working again, although I don't know how long this will last.I was surprised to read that some people in these reviews were able to contact support. I'm not at all surprised that the results were expensive when they would talk to them at all. Placing the blame on the user and quoting expensive repair costs is consistent with what I've read elsewhere on the net.I will continue to use the unit for as long as I can keep it working. However long that turns out to be.As an e-reader for color content, I find this a wonderful device. My problem is the complete and utter absence of anything resembling support.

Everything I hoped it'd be and more
There's something about an eInk screen that keeps me focused on whatever task I'm working on, and this device gives me the ability to focus on just about every task I need to do each day. I'm self employed and need a way to keep myself organized, while also allow me to respond to customers, emails, check on orders, etc. This device lets me download all the apps I need to get my work done (using Google Play Store, which comes preinstalled). No eye strain, no distractions, no temptation to open a social media app or YouTube (although if I really wanted to, I could, but the experience is not the same as it is on my phone or iPad, so I don't even have the desire to do so). Paired with the keyboard, it's truly the perfect productivity tablet. I also like to write novels, and this device is PERFECT for it. I can have my story on one side of the screen, and notes on the other. Then, if I feel like reading before bed, I open my latest kindle book and pair a shutter button with it so I can click to turn pages without having to pull my arm out from under the blanket. I find myself using this device all day long, and my eyes, mood and productivity level are so much better for it.
