ASURION 2 Year Furniture Protection Plan ($90 - $99.99)

Disappointed in the desk that broke but not in the Asurion insurance. Claim was processed quickly.

I had a bit of an issue with an arm rest after a few months of having the chair and was willing to deal with it until it got kind of annoying so then I told then, expecting a new arm rest or a few dollars, got a full refund. Not what I expected but I appreciate it.

Easy to deal with. Covered the product as described.

I paid for a chair and it turned out be be Chinese garbage. I paid with a MasterCard. My claim was paid in the form of an Amazon Gift card. Read your Asurion agreement. I rightly and fully expect to get a refund to the same method of payment I paid with, and you should too.

It serves the purpose for which I bought it, a bad back. However, after an hour of sitting in that position it becomes uncomfortable on the knees and shins. But definitely good for the back

I liked the way they stood by their promise to reimburse me for a damaged bed see I bought my kids each one theirs two beds and they both went to soon well I was glad to have gotten the insurance plan on it cause uasally on never do but ya they took good care of me and got my claim process and paid in less then three hours

My experiences with Asurion have been exceptional. Always professional, customer centric and follow-through until mutual satisfaction is reached. Highly recommend.

It arrived in my email when they said it would. It’s a warranty so I don’t expect to do anything with it, I just like having it in case I need it.
