Q: If i am 8.5 should i get 7-8 or 9-10? i’m worried that the 9-10 may be way too big, but i’m not sure.

I would recommend getting the 9-10. I'm a 7 1/2 and I got the 7-8. It's perfect. Sizing down would have been too small.

Q: Does the insole come out that I can insert my own?

Nope. However they are roomy enough you might be able to fit a second one in. I like them a lot, by the way!

Q: I am size 7 and want to wear these w/o socks. Will the 7-8 slip off my feet as they get broken in?

I wear an 8 so get the 7-8 size & lately no socks since so hot. They might slip a little if you are a 7. Love these slippers, lighte & comfy plus the light soles that don’t dirty up the carpet!
