It's a little hard to get used to the springy flexible head but once you get the hang of it, it works well - I will definitely clean windows more often with this.My only concern is how long it will last. The part that controls the angle of the cleaning plate is plastic and I'm guessing that'll be the first thing to break. I'll check back in here in a year and let you know how it's holding up.

I like this useful window cleaner~~ I used it to clean my car window and no marks were left. The microfiber is soft and easy to change.

This product was a real disappointment. The head fits is suppose to lock on the extension wand, but it does not work. The small plastic button that is suppose to lock the mechanism in place is defective. It does pop out to lock.

no instructions came with it. I guess I am using it correctly but it left marks on my window and I used it the same way I used a similar tool for years until it wore out.

This is pretty useful especially for cleaning my room windows. It’s nice that there’s the scrunchy thing on the side to remove any water residue. The only thing that’s bad about it is that it doesn’t move around, so you could only go up and down, not sideways, and the placement of the scrunchy thing to wipe down the water residue is positioned oddly, so you have to use it at an angle.

Nice window squeegee scrubber, easy and clean when use with Windex glass cleaner. The microfiber cloth is soft, easy to change, and you can use your own desire one for other purposes, like wiping the dust. The handle is adjustable and long enough to reach the high up window, door, cabinet, wall, and ceiling. Very useful!
