I have been using this product for over a month now, and it has been working very effectively for my hair, but a few days back, I was facing some heating issues with the device, so I reached out to the customer care and the people were very responsive and immediately like within a day they dispatched my replacement and I just received my replacement, and I am really amazed with the product and more than that the after sales service is amazing.
