So far so good! 5 months with twins and it's going strong. They love leaving it down but it's easy to put up. It was very easy to install with another person. It has plenty of room for the two of them to play school and work. 👌

The hinges are not beveled the right direction, and the instructions are not correct for their installation. Just take your time and flip one side over to the unbeveled side and they will work fine.

Flimsy. Not that well-made and definitely cheap. Doesn't line up with the typical stud measurements in the US so I had to use a board behind it to span the distance and screw the table into the board. I use this in my laundry room to fold laundry and you just have to be very delicate with it. Hardware to clip table up and away is cheap as heck, stamped and hollow.

There is a flaw in the design of this table, which prevents it from sitting completely flat against the wall — and you only find only after you have gone through the effort of building the whole darn thing.The back panel is missing two channels for the locking mechanism to hide and allow the top panel with the blackboard to sit flat against the wall.As it is now, that panel always sits at a weird angle, lifted from the bottom, away from the wall. And all they had to do was add two channels to the back panel for that to work properly.They almost had it. They added channels to the back of the blackboard, but not to the other panel, so the point where the mechanism attaches to the back panel cannot get hidden and it prevents things to sit flush, as their pics show.There is even one review pic which shows the same issue.I’m returning this thing. Do I get a refund for the time I wasted building this thing, and now shlepping it to the UPS store to return it?Will NOT recommend this table. If you get it, you’ll be equally frustrated when, after you building, you find out it doesn’t work as you would expect.

The dimensions were good size for the space I had. Instructions could be more.clear. I would prefer the latch be more substantial. Wall board anchors were useless so I bought more substantial ones. Table surface and other materials were clean and neat. I did solve.my purpose.

Looks nice and is sturdy enough as a small desk. Downsides: It creaks and the "chalkboard" is just hydrophobic plastic (not as advertised) so you need to paint with chalkboard paint to get that function from it.

TERRIBLE instructions, ie a series of drawings of parts supposedly showing how to construct the drop table. Very disappointed that after two hours of trying to figure out and assemble, it doesn’t lay flat because the hinge doesn’t proper fit into the cut out.
