Somewhat easy to install, decent parts, works great
I upgraded from a lesser size to the 2200 lb. Same brand. I like the wireless controller. The wire seems capable and the motor runs smoothly once it's engaged. We have this in our pole barn and use it to hang butchered animals. Could also be used for auto related stuff.

I received my hoist and it apparently got dropped during shipping and the control box was broken, I notified seller and they sent me a replacement hoist the next day. And a free shipping label to send damaged one back. I would definitely recommend

It is not capable of lifting 2,000 pounds
Rattling was for 2,000lb. It was not capable of lifting that much weight.
