I have no complaints with this chair, it’s very comfortable and a good size. I’m 5’4 and I can sit criss-cross in it.Additionally, other reviews mention having trouble with the wheels and I found that they were easy to install but make sure you don’t just try to screw them in— push down on them! They click into place.The only thing I could imagine some people not liking is that the ‘wheel guard’ (goes in between the spokes of the chair) is plastic and looks a bit cheap but that doesn’t affect much and is barely noticeable unless you’re looking directly at it.

This chair is so beautiful and sturdy. I love it!

I got this for my new office set up and I mainly was hoping for something that was aesthetically pleasing but wasn't too concerned with comfort. It has truly exceeded my expectations with comfort! The back has just enough support and it also comes with a zipper to easily clean the cover if you need to. Didn't see that in the details but was pleasantly surprised. I recommend if you're like me and mainly want something that looks good but would appreciate comfort too.

Love the comfort, look and size - very elegant.Only partial negative is the wheels don’t flow as smoothly as they could, feel a bit stiff and you have to make a bit of effort to glide. I’ll try spraying with WD or something (I keep forgetting to do so - when I do I’ll update here)

Great chair overall, super comfortable! The wheels are a little hard to get on, but the assembly overall is easy.

Package arrived at my home with pieces of the chair sticking through the box in two places. The metal leg that was sticking through the box on the bottom was all scratched up and damaged.

Love the design and very comfortable too.

The chair is super comfortable! Very convenient for moving around and moves up and down to your adjustment.
