Nice and sturdy and easy to pour. Looks expensive but a good buy. Holds enough to get through a decent size meal without having to refill.

This is an attractive gravy boat, flawless in appearance and it looks nice on the table. The reason I picked this one is it comes with a base so I was hoping that any drips would go onto the base. And if the drip runs down the neck that's exactly what happens. However the boat sits in a ring on the base which centers it on the base. The problem is the length of the base is such that the tip of the gravy boat is exactly over the tip of the base so that if any gravy drips vertically from the gravy boat tip its going to hit the edge of the base and go onto the table. It would have been a better design if the base was just 1/3" longer or if the ring in the base was offset so the gravy boat tip didn't hang right above the edge of the base.
