They arrived and are way too small for my gas fireplace!! Attempted to start a return and it says they are NON-RETURNABLE!

There's no way to connect the logs to a natural gas opening. So you are lighting the fireplace without logs. The decorative logs cover the natural gas pipe. Heat depends on your fireplace.

We have a fireplace that has some flue flaws so we don’t put wood in it anymore, the house tends to fill up with smoke when we do…..not a pleasant feature to enjoy a cozy fireplace. I don’t know what took me so long to think of ceramic fireplace logs as a solution since it does have gas. This grouping of logs is almost perfect, I think I will need to order another set, this is only 4 pieces, to make the fireplace look for filled in. They do glow red as promised in the description and looks very natural after it gets going. I’m very pleased with this and will order more.

The logs are lightweight, which makes them easy to handle and gas permeable. The 2 bigger logs are flat at the bottom. A bit of art in stacking them, but not hard.
