My daughter loves this phone!

Bought this gift for my granddaughter's birthday. I ordered early to be sure I would have it in time and gave it to her on October 25th. By November 4th, it no longer worked or would charge. Because I ordered it on October 3rd, it was no longer eligible for a return. Tried to send a message so the seller might see it, but no response. I now see others that had the same issue. I wish I vetted the comments more thoroughly before my order. I would not recommend this product at all!

I originally purchased this phone for my granddaughter for Christmas and she loves it and the phone stopped charging. I contacted Amazon and within the hour they had a replacement on the way.

i got this for my younger relative. Their parents thanked me because it keeps them distracted without having to worry about the dangers of the internet. They have thrown it several times and it is still working and looks almost new with some minor scratches.

The media could not be loaded. My daughter is eight and a half and has been curious about smart phones. I am not planning on getting her one any time soon, but when I saw this I thought it might be a fun way for her to feel a little more grown up. She likes it a lot, especially because it has a lot of what she finds appealing about smart phones. The touchscreen works well and is very responsive. The camera is a decent quality for a child's toy, and she loves the filters that come with it. She's had a lot of fun playing with the filters and getting us all to take silly selfies with them. The rest of the apps aren't the best, but she enjoys them. There are a few simple games that she likes to play on her free time. There are a few "educational" things thrown in that are ok, I don't find they add much value but she still enjoys scrolling through them. For example, there's an app that shows pictures of architectural wonders around the world (in a cartoon/art form) with audio saying the name. There are a few audio stories included as well (traditional fairy tales), and while the voice is speaking decent English, it still has a heavy enough Chinese accent that makes it difficult to follow along with the story at times due to their cadence and accent, so she doesn't enjoy that part very much. My main issue is that the volume buttons don't seem to work, which is frustrating because a lot of the games have annoying sounds that repeat over and over. The case on the phone is a nice quality silicone and the colors are vibrant. I find it does a decent job protecting the "phone" from falls. Overall, it's a fun toy for your kids to feel a little more grown up while still making sure they don't have access to the internet and social media.

I got this for my grand daugther she loves it because of so many things you can do with it . Like taking pictuers and playing games, recording your voice etc..... best thing I have ever bought it is very durable and it is safe to use because it really looks and feels like a real and they are not on the internet awesome play phone. you will not regret purchasing this for your child.

The media could not be loaded. This is a nice smartphone for kids to play with. It has several cool apps for the kids to play with. The kid can take pic with the camera and later add fun stickers on it. There are more than 10 built in games to play with. The educational apps like learning ABC and different countries are great for the kids.
