I accidentally discovered this instant breakfast after buying a 80 gram cup of it at the local Kroger.It was marked down about 80% (from $4 to $1 -gotta love their woo-hoo's!) and I was looking for bug out bag dry meals with long storage life. Hmm, flattened or rolled rice. India's substitute for rolled oats I surmise.I made it a week later -just add boiling water, stir and wait a few minutes. I really kind of liked it, but didnt like the retail price. Found the manufacturer on the web but they will not sell directly to the USA.So I hunted Amazon for it and found 180 gram pouches at a great price. Two meals per pouch. I add a few more peanuts than it comes with to make it extra protein yummy, sweet and mildly spicy.Remember to pick the leafy green stuff out of your teeth before going out. Dont ask how I know.

This MTR Instant Mix 3 minute breakfast Poha is easy to name. You just dump it in a bowl, add 1/2 cup boiled water, cover and wait. The first time I made this I made it on a bowl, and the stuff on the bottom was much softer than the stuff on top, so the next time I made it in a wider, lower profile dish and it was more even.The flavor is nice and you can taste green chili, curry, turmeric and other great spices. The rice flakes are tasty and there are peanuts that add to to the texture.

Thought it would be something to fix fast easy, which it was, but had little taste and was very hot/spicy.
