These cake Mixes are absolutely wonderful! The cakes are perfect and the spices are so perfect frosting isn't even needed. Not to sweet, just perfect. And Celiac Safe! Gluten Free! I wish there was a larger variety of Madame LouLou mixes available on Amazon I would buy them all. Absolutely WONDERFUL! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Not for me. Didn't like the texture or flavor.
I really hate to leave bad reviews but these were absolutely awful. I was so over the moon excited to try them and each cake was beyond disappointing despite following the directions exactly. The flavors were just okay, the chocolate/pear was so very mild and both the apple/cinnamon & orange spice were COMPLETELY over-spiced - like slap your taste buds spiced. I have been gluten free for 8 years so I know by this time that there's really no reason for GF foods to actually taste gluten free. Also, the cake did not rise at all and the textures were more like a torte...so to combine poor texture and poor flavor was a big disappointment. My husband loves my cakes (and eats anything) and even he was very "meh" about these cakes.
