Made in Japan Kakinotane [Shimousa no Tsuki] Premium Japanese Peanuts and Rice Crackers 120g(4.2 oz)×3 packs set with gift box

The peanuts came in a beautiful package, it came with 3 pouches of vacuumed sealed peanut bags, so it’s for sure fresh when you open it! I will admit it’s a bit pricey but for the value of the product and its presentation I think it’s worth it!It can definitely be something you can give as a house warming gift or as a beautiful party snack!It tastes great and is a bit addictive! it has a very mild spice to it but it’s not bad at all, crunchy and flavorful! You won’t regret buying it!

I have previously purchased small bags of similar snacks for a couple dollars. These small 4oz bags of crackers and peanuts are priced at more than $16. each. At the very most, considering they come 'gift boxed' in a set of three bags, with a total of less than one pound of snack in a cardboard box, I think the most I would ever expect to pay for this anywhere is fifteen for the entire box set. These snacks taste fresh and very good quality. But they are just crackers and peanuts (mostly crackers), and they are priced as though they are caviar, at $63.00 a pound. Even someone extremely wealthy would balk at such a price.

We got this for a family event, to mixed reviews. my wife and less adventurous kids thought it was tearable. I liked it. I have two very adventurous kids, one who LOVES anything Japanese LOVED these.they have a little (hot) bite to them, with a little soy sauce with a hint of seafood in the background.I think for a gift or something different at the party these would be great.
