It is a great product for anyone looking for a neckband much better than cheap neck band with only slight increased price with performance comparable to those 2000 rs neckband with 1 year warrantyI have used I for about a year it offers long battery life, good sound quality ,good fit ,quick charging ,durable ,dust and sweat proofThe battery charges quickly full charge in about 1 hour and gives 60 to 70 hrs play time and approx 100 hrs with standby you can charge it once s week and use whole week but batter percentages are not accurate and quickly start dropping after 50 %but there is no problem with battery backup regardlessGood for out doors such as light sportsJogging exercise, workout, gym , with sealed silicone body prevents sweat and dirt buildup and it's easy to clean .Great audio quality with superb bass and dolby atmos support you can feel the beats on your skinAverage connectivity with 10m clear range and 6-7 with wall lesser with multiple walls it features dual pairing meaning you can connect 2 devices at once although only on can play music as primary device you can recive calls from both devicesAuto noise cancellation is only with mic now earlier models featured

Do NOT Buy – Worst Product & Terrible After-Sales ServiceI bought this product and within 3 months, one side completely stopped working. That was just the beginning of a nightmare.To get it repaired, I had to send it to their Delhi service center – and bear the parcel cost of ₹300 myself. They repaired it and sent it back, but the product stopped working again within a week. I had to repeat this twice, spending a total of ₹600 just on shipping. Now again, it's not even switching on.Every time I complain, they simply ask me to ship it to Delhi again – no accountability, no permanent fix. They just do temporary patch-ups and send it back. Each time, it lasts barely a week, sometimes even less.To make it worse, their customer service is non-existent. No proper support, no phone number, no real-time communication – only emails. You're on your own once you buy the product.Now it has multiple issues – first one side wasn’t working, then it wouldn’t power on, now it’s lagging badly and the battery drains in 2 hours.This is a faulty product with horrible support. I strongly advise everyone to avoid it. You’ll just waste money, time, and peace of mind.

Bought for my uncle to avoid picking up calls on phone while driving bike. ordered this on 23,may2024. They r still in good condition after using this long not doubt they r sturdy, avoid negative reviews bcoz i've used 4 products of boult earlier also nd they all r in working condition till now.The sound output is awesome i found boult sound is better then boat sound, i also have a tws of boult and boat. So if u want some bass in music then go for boult rather boat.

I have to tell you,the vibration os really strong and can easily be Know even if you are in busy (like traveling in bike,or a busy street)But remember if you're getting calls continuously it'll less the battery backup.Sound quality :Sound quality in these earphones are amazing.The mids are crisp and clear, the vocals are good the bass is also heavy but it's that not punchy.but don't you can adjust the equalizer and have that punchy base.The call quality is also good because of the condenser microphone .These earphones have noise cancellation which works good.the volume level on these earphones are really high.i cannot go beyond 80% when I'm in office. When I'm on streets I can use full volume to make that noise isolation work.These boult earphones are really budget friendly and has some good premium features.If you're budget is around 1500 these are the best earphones.there are no concerns according to me till now .I'll update when something goes wrong.Update !!!So im using this product for almost 1 year and found no major issues . Except for the battery drop after 8months.As i mentioned,it came with the vibration on calls option , but the models which they're selling now doesn't have this feature.Thank you
