Good HCL but costly like other options
Its effective. However like all betaine HCL options, very very expensive. I switched to buying my own HCL powder in quanitity along with gelatin capsules and making my own HCL tablets. Much cheaper option.

Not much difference as I observed there are days I took two capsules twice or thrice and see some noticable change and some days I didn't take and my digestion was better too. Only thing is my SIBO never came back may be because of this or I changed my eating habits. May be try adding some digestive enzymes with Betaine HCl like pepsin. You can try yourself and see how it works for you.

I dont it 100% pure Its may 300 or 400mg of betain hcl and Remaining may sugar or other Not pure Just like indian fraud company Dont trust this company Its fraud

HCL is not good.
I don't know why this manufacturer sells Betaine HCL which is known for stomach & digestive issue where its purpose is to treat & improve liver diseases (not F3-F4 Fibrosis & Cirrhosis). They should sell Betaine (Trimethylglycine / TMG / Betaine anhydrous).

Waste of money, so much dissoppointed
I had no burning sensation in my stomach after taking this supplement,please don't buy this,and don't waste your money

Not so effective
Can't see the difference, after meal still got bloating and burping all the time. Can't say more try yourself may be it works for some.
