Bought these for spin class and cycling. These are the first cycling shoes I've had and they make a lot of difference in the proper position for a good workout. My feet are narrow. Left is a size larger than right so fit is never perfect. I wear thicker socks with these. I may add some inserts. But overall very happy. They are easy to get in and out of and tighten up. The clips (purchased separately) were not difficult to install.

I have recently gotten into spin and decided it was time for me to get shoes since I do go 6x a week. I ordered the size 37 or what says 5.5 it fit perfect with a little room in the front as well. Instructors suggest to get a size up and I could of and been fine but these were perfect. Spin shoes make a DIFFERENCE! They help you pedal better and faster honestly. I like that they are neutral as well. You need to buy the clips separate, all together with shipping and the clips it was $62 I received them 1 week from my purchase date! I love love them.

Finding my perfect size in cycling shoes is always tricky. These fit nicely. I usually wear an 8.5 and bought the 41. They are a little roomy. However, the ease of use with the velcro and tightening clasp makes it easy to adjust. SO far i have only used them in spinning classes. For the hour-long class they work well. I do not yet know if they will work for outdoor touring.

Unfortunately the first pair I bought was too small so I have to pay for return shipping and take to the post office. I'm pretty busy so not very convenient. Be sure to order the right size in case the seller gets you on the shipping. Otherwise pretty good spin shoe

These are my first pair of cycling shoes and I'm glad I went with these! Could I walk all day in them? Most likely not, but that's not the purpose of cycling shoes. I have high arches, and the support is fantastic! They are a tad narrow, but with some wear I've been able to stretch it out a bit to fit my feet just fine. Also, I'm a BIG fan of the ratchet strap. They're extremely efficient and effective, and easily adjustable.

Almost bought a smaller pair, so happy I didn't. I am a 8.5/9.....for runnin shoes I wear a 9.5 bc I run on my toes/ball oft feet and have high arches. The size is perfect with my situation.

I can't believe this shoe does not come with the spd cleat mounting plate!!! I have never seen anything like this before!!! I was ready to mount the spd cleats when I realize the shoe is missing the plate... I would recommend buying another model that comes with the plate included

Many reviewers suggested ordering one size higher. So I did.However, the shoe is a little to big for me when I go up a complete size.My suggestion is to go up 0.5 a size.
