This product has been amazing to have around my house not only for myself but my children. The trampoline is durable and stable where I feel comfortable using it without fail.One handle came in a bit ripped, but the customer service came through quickly and efficiently and replaced them right away!I would order more of those if I had room or if they had a larger one. Great quality in their elastic bands!

I use this rebounder just about every day. It was a little difficult to put together but I did it alone and it is very secure. This is a great starter rebounder but I would like to upgrade to a better one as this is very stiff and has caused a little hip pain when I go to hard. Overall, I would still recommend as a introduction to rebounding.

In comparison, I previously had the Kensone trampoline, which only lasted two months before multiple springs detached. I reached out to their customer service for a replacement, but unfortunately, I never received a response.Switching to the Onetwofit has been a fantastic decision. It's not just quieter, but it's also sturdier and backed by excellent customer service. I highly recommend this trampoline to anyone looking for quality and reliability!

Well, my daughter loved this thing… until today (April). She received it on Christmas, and today, just past the 90 day return window, a strap broke and other areas are coming loose. I will reach out to the company because they claim to have a 1 year warranty, but we shall see! I will update if they reply. It was great when it was in working condition!Update 1: I reached out to the company and they offered to ship me a new mat. After agreeing to that and moving the trampoline out of the way, we noticed the welds on two legs were broken!! I reached out again to the company and we are currently working on a solution. I will continue to update this review as I have new info!!Update 2: The company has been super helpful and has shipped a replacement trampoline. My original 1 star review is now back up to 4 stars! I am grateful for their support in this matter.

I’ve been looking into rebounders for a while but couldn't bring myself to purchase one until my sister in law finally talked me into it. She used hers every morning before work and has consistently stuck with it for over a year which gave me hope for myself. I wanted something that would be good for cardio but low impact on my joints, and most importantly would be something I enjoy doing. It really doesn’t take much to get your heart rate going and to stay in an elevated zone conducive for fat loss and raised vo2 max.I purchased the 45” rebounder. It is quite large and does take up a bit of space but that is what I needed to feel comfortable enough to not fall off, at least initially. I also purchased the model with the handle so that I would have added stability but honestly I don’t use it as much as I thought I would. Putting too much weight on the handle makes it front heavy and I have felt on more than one occasion that I might tip it over. At some point I will probably take the handle off as it would be much easier to store without it on and I no longer feel the need to use it anymore.Putting it together only took about 25 mins. I read another post that mentioned using the pipe provided to install the bungees. I couldn’t imagine having to assemble this without the use of that tool as it would take an immense amount of strength to get them all on so I do appreciate the company providing that.All in all I am really happy with my purchase. I have not been as dedicated as I would like ( I have not used it every day) but I do enjoy using it and have found some fun workout / dance videos on YouTube to give me a better idea of what to do while I’m on it.

The product was good. They don't have any replacement bungee available. Took week to get an answer via email and when finally getting a response they said to buy the latest one two fit that they no longer have any replacement bungees. They said get them somewhere else. We bought this less than a year ago. The 4 stars is for the unit only the service we give one star. We would not purchase another product from this company.
