Servizio impeccabile.
Avevo ordinato la lampadina il 19 insieme ad altri prodotti, mi arrivano al locker più vicino tra il 24 ed il 25, ritiro tutto e provo subito la lampada: purtroppo non funziona, faccio subito procedura di reso e me ne spediscono una nuova senza richiedere la prima indietro. Arrivata oggi dopo appena 3 giorni, provata, funziona perfettamente. Venditore consigliato.

Quality not reliable
I purchased two Osram PURITEC HNS G11T5 OF, 11 W Germicidal UV-C Lamp, delivered to me on 11February 2021. The associated chokes were also bought at the same time. Today, one lamp failed to work and now only one lamp is operational in the Germicidal chamber. The photo of burnt lamp is attached. The return window expired on 21 February. Bur does the lamp carry any manufacturer's (OSRAM) warranty? Philips LED bulbs etc carry one year warranty. Will manufacturer OSRAM take note ?
