I really enjoyed this chorizo, the taste and quality are superb! It reminds me the ones that we used to make back in Spain growing up.

The link manages to taste overly salted and bland at the same time, lacking the distinct flavor, instead having a bit of bitterness to it. The packaging was terrible, and it arrived, I assume, damaged because it was not air-sealed. Waste of money. Should've gone for a more expensive alternative.

I have never had chorizo before, so I can't speak for how this compares to other chorizo, but I do like this. It is a little too spicy for me, and doesn't slice very well for use on crackers, thus the 4 star rating. I only give food 5 stars if I find it addictive, this is good, and nothing was wrong with it, it's just not something I will get regularly. It is very fresh, and tastes great on crackers. It does kind of crumble when I try to cut it in slices. It hasn't made me sick, and I did not find any foreign bodies in it, and it was sealed well, so seems safe. Overall, I do recommend this, especially if you like chorizo, just know it probably won't look pretty on a charcutier board.

Ive loved Spanish chorizo for years. This so called chorizo didn’t taste like chorizo and one bite was all I needed. My entire mouth was covered with a layer of fat all the way back in my throat. It was inedible and wound up in the trash immediately.It took lots of water to break the fat up and rinsed out of my mouth. Buyer beware. Amazon should be ashamed to sell such a terrible product.

Being a lifelong chorizo consumer, I can honestly say this 3 Sisters Spanish Chorizo is the best I have ever tasted. Easily a 5 star. Highly recommended.

I love Chorizo! In fact, a favorite dish of mine is Chickpeas and chorizo! Guess what, we made it and this Dry Cured Chorizo was the main event! The flavor from this chorizo is top notch. It has a bit of spice and a lot of flavor! I sautéed the chorizo with onion and garlic, added tomato sauce, oregano, chickpeas and water. Simmered it until all the flavors were blended and served it over rice!! YUMMY! This chorizo added all the flavor. The house smelled so amazing and the finished dish was a 10 out of 10! Everyone was picking the Chorizo pieces out to eat them!!

I found more cheap chorizo curado in another store and the same taste. I was cooking lentils and add a good flavor like Spain. But is too small for the price I paid.
