Cheap easy DIY solution.
Had leaking tap spout for some months so looked up on YouTube how to fix. That lead me to this product. Excellent solution- easy to fix, good instructions and excellent value. Spout no longer leaks. Highly recommended.

Did the job and fixed the problem but...
All worked well and the leaking tap was fixed however the large plastic ring was too big and so would not fit in the hole. This is despite having a Franke Ascona tap that these were designed for. We therefore had to clean the original piece and only replace 3, rather than 4 components.

A great solution to my dripping tap.
Easy to fit, spent about 5 minutes from start to finish, I didn’t know what make my tap was so it was a bit of a punt, but I had pulled it apart previously and just changed the O ring, this wasn’t enough for a long term solution, as it happened it worked out perfectly. A far better value solution to changing the whole thing.

Does the job
Delivery was perfect. The seal kit - well after fitting the tap no longer leaks so the seals do the job however the screw was too long and the grease well a small plastic bag which had virtually no grease in it so much so i thought it was an emoty bag. However the original screw was re used and vasaline did the job of lubrication. Would i use again - probably yes as long as i could re use the screw and have some vasaline spare.
