You get what you pay for, so the rating is based off price. Be patient with assembly, two people make it easier.We ended up not liking the rocking part, so instead of returning it I went to lowes and bought some different feet. Then the back was way to straight up for me, so I took the top screw from the bracket on the arm sides and just rotated it back and just used wood screws to reattach. You can see the new angle in the picture, before the back was flush with back.

Don’t buy into the false lies they sell. This is a piece of trash and they won’t let me return. To send back to them it’s $350, I asked them for a shipping label to send back they won’t give me one only $30 back to the chair. I can’t believe Amazon even lets this item stay on here. If I could negative stars I would.

I LOVED this, it was perfect for my little guy and I to get comfy on while I rocked him. However, we didn't use it until he was around 6 months and it broke within 3 months of regular use. The support beam along the bottom of the chair/cushion literally split in half. I was heartbroken and now am left with physically standing and rocking him which is killing my arms and back. It was so perfect but beware it did not last long at all.

I recommend to keep looking elsewhere. The legs started to become unbolted after 1month.First they sent the instructions and bottom rocker legs inside the bottom piece, behind velcro. The instructions step one says to look inside the velcro....Putting the back on was difficult, almost need three people. We had to squish the sides together while we made multiple attempts to slide the back piece down while we couldn't see.It sorta squeaks as you rock (the back side of the chair) must have cardboard or something in there because cotton and fabric don't make this noise, and would be fluffy.Again it's a decent chair for the price, but I would pay more for more quality.Bought and put together Jan 2024 for $200
