The product works as advertised, but the zippers on the two I have frustratingly broke off. The actual plastic is pretty thick and puncture resistant. Wouldn't buy again, cause it's a bit nerve-racking getting caught in a rain storm and knowing the zippers keep breaking.

After my laptop got water damage while it was in backpack during one rainy day and I had to buy new laptop, I had to start looking how to protect my investment. Most of the case sleeves are water repellent and cost 3x that this ziploc. With this I can pack my laptop into backpack and keep walking on rainy days. It fits the bill. 5 stars may be too much for this plastic especially the opening is not that convenient but hey, there are no other options
