Overall great package. Directly competing with the Tribit and JBL flip 6. Good Build Quality. I did not expect the sound quality of this product will be this good. Very Premium sounding speaker. Goes very loud. But the only issue is when you ramp up the volume to it’s Max (100%), the bass becomes thin, the trebles and the mids kick in. But there is no distortion at all at any volume, even at 100%. It would have been nice, if there is App support for this speaker. Very happy with this purchase. Had to exchange the product because I received a damaged and defective piece. The battery life is also satisfactory. Can play upto 12 hours at 80% volume. The sound is crystal clear, crisp and sharp. Enjoying alot.Updating the Review after 3 months of usage. Had to replace the Product because of receiving a damaged product and firmware couldn’t be updated. After the exchange, I could update the firmware to Oluv’s Tuning. I recommend every one to use the Oluv’s tuning. The stock tuning is not good. But the increase of volume levels in stock tuning is very good. The overall Loudness, Bass, Treble balance is good in Oluv’s tuning. Oluv is an Audio Producer who has great emphasis on sound and audio products.

15 days of experience: im very particular/moody abt bass n mid & highs. I was to buy tribit stormbox as soundcore neo was not availablefor months.. i Dont care if they lack 10% in over all performance. However, in case of boom L , they have been tuned perfectly to give good bass (in in low volumes, u wud not regret) n perfecy vocal sound too. One thing to highlight is that normally su h speakers spread their sound in one direction and buys prefer 360 sound. This speaker impressed me as its sound filled the rooms wth bass and sound that can be heard from another room, tht too with good quality.It lacks auto shut features which is required especially when u have been given decent but not extra battery backup.If you ud like it to use for party with 15 to 20 people in a room then one speaker will hive you good output(just keep it to ear level so sound spreads well in room).. other wise to have bombastic sound buy another one which will surely give you surround and stereo sound . I m happy to get one but disappointed to see rates going up in past 15 days twotimes which prevented me to buy another.I think it iverall performance credits goes to tuning technology that keeps bass and vocals in balance throughout the sound level. 👌🏻 this is best n cheap competition to jbl n soundcore anker speakers and portable enogh ti carry anywhere without worry of damage by water n dust. You will surely love show off these spkrs to ur frnds n family. So go ahead n buy them to test first as company claims to accept spkr back unconditionally in a month if u dont like. So take test it. But wait untill this product come back to 5000 range again.

The media could not be loaded. Bought it after so many recommendation from reddit. Was doubting initially because some people said it is overhyped. But now as i have this speaker now, those people might be listening to it on wrong firmware. It took me less than 5 minutes to update the firmware to 1.2.7, which is the best firmware as per a lot of research. You can get the google drive link for update and instructions from reddit. You would need a laptop and usb 3.0 cable which i took from one plus phone charger. Once updated download the Earfun app on ios or android and this speaker will show up. Go to the eq settings and select oluv’s indoor (outdoor can be switched automatically with the button on the speaker) and you are good to go.The packaging is decent.As for sound; Best in this price range. It’s very FUN to listen to. Vocals and highs clear and well separated and bass is really good. I mean the more i say the less it is. LISTEN TO THE RECORDING.Sorry for the short review. I am lazy when it comes to reviews.

The media could not be loaded. I bought the Uboom Slim at Rs.3700 after which the speaker was unavailable. After testing the speaker for 5 days my conclusion is this is probably a cheap Chinese speaker with brand logo attached to it.It's only pro is the bass is good but that's it.This speaker doesn't sync volume with your phone probably not even using bluetooth 5.2 as advertised.At 100% charge the limiter can't control it's bass and distorts at full volume, at 80 to 60% charge the speaker performs well the the limiter works throughout the volume range but below 50% charge the limiter removes the bass so much that you can barely hear it.The volume curve is also weird at 50% volume it is barely loud enough to listen in a small room at midnight alone above 60% the volume increases rapidly. I mostly listened at 60 to 80% volume.I can't tell the battery life as I always had to charge it at 50% battery because of the above reason. But to get to 50% I could play for about 5-6 hrs at 75% volume.I've attached a video of comparing the sound of this speaker with tribit xsound go which I've been using for 2 years which at the time of this review is selling for Rs.2800.In my opinion it is a much better value for the money than this one.Both speakers are at 100% charge and at 75% volume (because I think it is the volume most people will listen at comfortably and the speakers match in volume and other reasons previously mentioned), the recording is done on a phone at 1ft distance. Listen to it and make your own decisions in the future if this speaker is available again.Edit: The company gave me a Uboom L for free. Changed the firmware to version 0.4.8 now it sounds good their own version 0.5.0 is bad

A compact speaker with Bluetooth 5.2 connectivity and 3.5 mm aux connectivity but powerful. Sounds good. Just enough bass without creating boominess. Mids and treble are clear and effective. Costs only 3100(when i purchased). Supports only SBC codec. So it sounds better when connected with a good audio device via aux connection
