Really amazing fountain. Its a little big however, serves me well for three of my cats. if you have one cat, you might want to reconsider and buy something smaller.if you have a small dog, this is also really good.if you wanna get this for one cat, the water level will stay full for a long time. most of it is stainless steel, including the faucet. this makes it really easy to clean.The pump looks quality and the noise level is practically silent. I would highly recommend it.

My cat loves this fountain. I love it as well. What I really love about this is that the water is always moving and even though I give the cat only filtered water. This fountain comes with two filters and keeps the water clean for nearly a week. I was constantly changing the water out and throwing away filtered water because he would drop food in it. These filters make a big difference.

We have two siamese cats that are half brothers. One loves this fountain (he drinks from it frequently), the other cat completely ignores it. We found that the filter that comes with it is not necessary, so we don't use it. Once a week we empty and clean the fountain, using distilled white vinegar to clean off the hard water deposits. We also partially disassemble the pump and pull out the pump rotor to clean out the deposits in this area that can build up and cause the pump to stop working. It is very quiet and not messy at all. Overall very happy with it.

My cat loves to drink from faucets, so I thought I would get her a little faucet of her own. She loves it, and all the animals drink from it. The only issue I have is that it's tedious to clean! I wish this fountain came with cleaning tools. It's hard to find small enough cleaning brushes to get into all the nooks and crannies. I use a cleaning straw and toothbrush to clean, then I run a "test" cycle to push out any loose debris. Sometimes it takes a few cycles before it runs clean. I swear I find new little nooks and crannies to clean each time! With four animals, I do have to fill up and clean every 3–4 days. Quick tip: If your pump stops working, it probably needs to be cleaned! I thought it had broken after a month of using it. I was so frustrated. I actually came back to read reviews to see if anyone else had experienced the same. Someone mentioned in their review to clean the pump (some pieces pull apart, didn't know), so I did, and voilà, it worked!

My dog was scared to put her face too deeply in her old water bowl, so she is always begging for it to be filled to the top. In addition, there was always debris in the water. We saw your product and thought maybe it was a good solution even though the description is for cats. After a little hesitation on her part, she got used to drinking out of this bowl and because of the large reservoir, we have to fill it far less than her old bowl. To top it off, her bowl is always clean due to the filter. My only suggestion would be to make the top portion slightly deeper so that dogs have a better experience. Thank you!

I purchased this cat fountain because it was on sale and it works so well and it’s so easy to clean, I ended up buying a second. It’s been several months and I’ve had no problems with it stopping unlike other cat fountains that I have purchased in the past.

Easy to setup, easy to clean and fill too! Love the window used to see the level of water in the tank. Nice to be able to see the level without lifting the top.

I’ve owned this water fountain for a year now and I can say that overall it’s solid, cats love it, one of my cats does keep playing with it like trying to dig it, I see other carts treat the water bowls like this, if your cat is like this get her wireless.My two problems: 1. pump stopped working after a year, the same happened to a second one I bought. Thankfully they include a pump replacement warranty if it breaks before two years so I’m in the process of getting them sent. I just hope they don’t keep breaking that often.2. Filters that must be replaced every now and then. I wish the filters were more environmental friendly, like if the shell was made out of cardboard or something like that I guess since they’re made out of plastic. Also you have to keep buying them which is money you are going to be spending moving forward. You could potentially just change the water often to avoid that, I wish they just made a reusable filter or one that lasted longer.
