I only buy raspberry cocoa so I can make raspberry mochas at home without spending my life's savings at a "coffee shop". This brand works the best as it has enough flavor to stand up to the strong coffee it's blended with. Highly recommend! And, btw, seller exceeded the expected shipping time by a week! I was pleasantly surprised to get it so quickly!

The Chocolate Mint truffle variety actually brought on an episode of involuntary expansion of the eyeballs upon first taste(!) Other varieties not far behind.

TL;DR:Flavor: too sweet for me, but those who prefer really sweet cocoa will enjoy it. Texture: creamy, mixes well, no clumps. I can make my own for less, but the point of this is that it's instant.In short, give this a try if you're looking for sugar-free, instant hot chocolate unless, like me, you prefer your hot chocolate on the less-sweet end of the spectrum.
