The media could not be loaded. I ordered these after the Christmas over indulgence. I have now been taking them for a couple of weeks. I've noticed a huge improvement in feeling bloated, and a reduction in sugar cravings. My hair looks and feels better too

Dont be put off by my experience, they are good for most people.
Iv put 5 star well packaged and good info on container.Unfortunately these made me itch and get hives, this is a side affect.I am sensitive to a lot of things so not saying this will happen to others. Anti histamines calmed the itching but i am no longer taking them.

Quality item
I have to admit that I was a bit sceptical at first but I have noticed an improvement in my skin and slightly more energy.The packaging is quality, slightly expensive but most are these days but I will definitely purchase this again. The leaflet that came with it shows other products too which I am also interested in.
