so this turned out to be a perfect organizer for keeping her content on the day to ...
Bought this for our 7yrs old. She loves drawing, so this turned out to be a perfect organizer for keeping her content on the day to day commutes or today's 2 hour drive. Lots of pockets to keep her pens sand pencils organized. Light weight even when filled with pens, pencils, papers and Amazon Fire tablet for her to carry on her own. The greatest thing about this is that it has a re-writable surface (we also bought dry erase pens) so we don't have to worry about running out of paper.

Worst product ever!
I thought the concept of this was brilliant. Then...I used it for a 24 hour car ride with four kids. The zipper is junk! It cannot zip up while things, such as crayons and paper, are in it. I thought that was the whole point? The strap broke as soon as we tried to hang them. I hated this product. Don't waste your time.

Super easy to install
Super easy to install. My kiddo loves to draw, and the dry erase board is perfect for that. Everything is well within reach. The dry erase board also creates a solid stand for his tablet and snack. It's nice to have a setup for both entertainment and learning activities while on the road.

Really cute but initial chemical smell
Loved the item, however I was really concerned because there's a super strong chemical smell radiating from them. I tried a few different things to get the smell out before my kids used them. They're safety is a top priority. I've included a picture.Update: they have wonderful customer service. I inquired about the smell and received the following response:"Thank you for bringing this concern to our attention. There is a non-toxic coating which is used to create the waterproof material for the backseat organizer which can cause an initial oder coming out of the box. It typically goes away after a day or so. I can assure you the manufacture meets all U.S. and FDA standards for safety and the oder is not harmful.Having said this, if the oder does not go away shortly please return for refund and further inspection. Your child's safety and 100% satisfaction with the product is of our highest priority."

I like this, especially for the price
Overall, I like this, especially for the price. However, the zipper is extremely difficult to use when going around the curves/corners. It sits well in my son's lap while in his car seat, but without sitting in his lap the tray isn't very sturdy.
