Bella1.5L Electric Ceramic Kettle - Polka Dot

Bought this as didn’t want a generic kettle wanted something a bit different and not disappointed one bit. Love the design of a classic teapot and it’s very well made. Also it’s pretty quiet not like my last one. Not got a bad word to say ;)

Love my new kettle. Hopefully the hype is right, no microplastics. Just be aware if like me this is your first foray into non plastic kettles that it will be considerably heavier. She has Bella written on her side so that's what I call her - gorgeous.

The ceramic teapot is indeed both attractive and of high quality. However, it's disappointing to discover that there is a flaw in its glazing, leading to issues with the seal between the ceramic and the metal part inside the teapot. Due to this concern, I will be returning it immediately, as I prefer not to have to deal with the seal issue each time I boil it.

Nearly smashed the lid in first min as it launched across kitchen upon trying to fit on 🤣 it is cream and not white 🤯 I love the blue indicator light it's heavy as brick 😀 looks ok for a change but I would prefer to if was white I'm not convinced the kettle sits on its mount sturdy 😳 it is very quite probably the quietest IV had in long while 👍

This was a really beautiful designed ceramic kettle of high quality. I bought this as a present as it matched other polka dot design in their kitchen. The person is in their 80's and although she loved it, it was just too heavy for her to lift without water in it. I asked to return it, was issued with a code, I posted it this afternoon and received an update tonight that a refund is being issued. Excellent customer service. Thank you.
