I was taken these for 2 week when I started to feel leg cramps really bad every time I would take my legs would cramp up when I stopped taking my legs got better so these pills are not for everyone because before these pill I never got leg cramps I started take for other reasons so beware things could happen with these they also leave bad after taste

I haven't noticed any difference I'm still having painful restless legs at night which is preventing me from sleeping at nite..plus calf cramp through the day when walking a short distance..I'm going to give it a little longer just wish the capsules were thinner as it would be much easier to get down in one go without it stopping half way and needing a full pint and half of water to get it gone..I'm about to start my 3rd pack.. hopefully it starts doing something positive..

I have taken many tablets/capsules over the years and still do due to many health conditions I have never had the trouble swallowing them With these I have choked twice until I vomited and once my husband had to perform the heimlich manoeuvre on me this is unacceptable and I bought 3 boxes Please be aware of this they are huge
