I'm sure if it holds together long enough to soak and cure properly, this bamboo brush would be fine, but three of the woven rings fell off in transit, and they were very difficult to get back on (had to wrap it in wire and tension the bundle -- that is, I had to "re-make" the darned thing). Hopefully, mine was just a one-off goof, but if others have had the same problem, why note cut the price in half, mail us the components, and let us build it ourselves?

I have to say. I tried a lot of bamboo brush for Asian wok. Even very expensive one.This one beat every brands and I will buy it again and again.Keep your quality!!

Very nice product. Really the best way to clean a wok. Keeps the seasoning in tact and really gets the gunk off after cooking. A bit large, but that isn't a problem.

the flat bamboo pieces are splayed, which means they break off easily and durability is compromised. However the item works well for cleaning cast iron pieces without scratching the surface.
