Within a week this happened not looks good, previously I was using sunflame but never face this kind of problem although burner works well till now.

It's really priced reasonably and working good

The cooktop looks good and it is very good in size as you can keep 4 dishes at the same time and cook. However, once you use a burner and if it gets off you cannot use it immediately until it becomes cool that is the worst part of it. You don't need professional installation for this.

I’m writing this review after using the Faber gas burner for around 19 months, and honestly, it has been one of the worst purchases I’ve ever made. The product didn’t even work properly for a month after buying it. The quality of the components — especially the knobs and fittings — is extremely poor. From the beginning, there has been frequent gas leakage, and my kitchen constantly smells of gas. It’s genuinely scary to cook because I’m always worried about a mishap. I have to keep the windows open all the time just for ventilation. I’ve raised multiple complaints, and although the Faber service team has repaired it several times, the issue is never resolved completely. I’ve completely lost confidence in this product — even if it works temporarily, I’m always afraid that gas leakage might happen again at any time. This product is very risky and unsafe for home use. I would never recommend it to anyone. Faber seriously needs to improve their quality and take responsibility for such faulty and dangerous products.

They seems to be a problem with the knows. One Burner was also crooked. The after sales service team were prompt and repaired the burner.
