Puurrrfect
Was very skeptical in buying but was so intrigued by this plant based cat food. Being vegan I hate buying meat based cat products. I want my cats to be healthy and meet all of their nutritional requirements. Wasn’t sure if they would take too it.Was sooo happy when they both liked it and was so excited to receive it and try it out with my fur babies. They are literally obsessed. It makes me so happy knowing they love it and I plan to try them with the tinned cat food and I’m hoping they love that too.I would highly recommend and thank you for providing this as an option. Two very happy cats and a very happy mother and daughter

Fantastic! Our cat loves it!
My cat is an older lady who up until recently was a stray. I am vegan and agreed with my omni partner that I would buy her vegan kibble and he would buy her ordinary wet food with meat, so as not to upset her stomach if this kibble would have been missing anything and to help the transition. This was not necessary! She absolutely loves this kibble, we never even needed to mix it with anything at the start, she went straight for it and two months later is still eating it happily every day. Initially we would also put out the wet food, but realised that she would barely touch in and just stick to the kibble. We have been to the vet twice, once at the start and now two months later and she is in good health with no issues to do with her digestion or nutrition.Couldn't recommend it more! And the price is reasonable as well! We will certainly continue to buying this in the future.

My cats actually like it!
My cats are known to be exceptionally fussy when it comes to food. I was sceptical whether they would eat this, as they've turned their noses up at supermarket own branded dried food and even more expensive brands. But lo and behold, they actually liked this. So I'm a happy customer. Obviously, I wish it were cheaper, as I'd buy a lot more of it. But it's a start.

Beleived good plant food is better than bad not fit for human consumption pet grade meat. FINDINGS:
SUMMARY: - Plant matter doesn't pass well = bloody bums. - Otherwise: Thriving, playful, full of energy but they are young. Which I realize is a contradiction. - They have been wormed & taken to the vets to rule out other issues.1. Let me start this review by saying my pets are ferrets, not cats. Ferrets need a bit more fat in their diet vs carbs that cats do so MAY be slightly better for cats as they need a little less protein but as both obligate carnivores, the same still applies, as I'm about to outline it's the plant matter that is the problem, not the nutrition levels. For my ferrets, I was after a 30% protein, 15% minimum. Analyzing the comments & ingredients Omega 3 & 6 was missing from this brand, no biggie, I bought some vegan soft gels I mix in, fast & cheap enough.2. So, I would see these posts by vegans that would state that it was cruel to feed cats etc a vegan diet. I saw their point, but I also saw they were bringing up nutrition taurine issues and not going into enough educated detail as to why it could be an issue when MOST vegan cat food supplements this. So my assumption was : they weren't looking at the grand picture. As I found out they were on the right point but missing a part of the puzzle of explaining themselves. Taurine absolutely is and can be supplemented as this product does. Problem solved right? This brings me onto the next issue. Especially as vegans, we advocate that PROTEIN IS EVERYWHERE. Unfortunately onto my next point....3. Just as we advocate that we are not carnivores because we have long digestive tracts. Unfortunately, we do have to use this same logic back at them. They have short digestive tracts so meat doesn't ferment in their stomach. Not only that the long digestive tracts that we have allows us to absorb ALL the plant nutrition, whereas obligate carnivores with their tiny digestives, will not be breaking down that plant matter into the promised 24% protien etc. This has been a careful experiment, we have monitored their poop every day (Mum duty). It isn't fully digested, very planty poop & their bums are bloody. Often their stools turn into diverticular which would indicate the plant matter is cutting their intestines which would make sense. As much as I wanted it to be an all-round success, especially given how equally flawed the opposing debate was. Unfortunately, it wasn't too much of a success. Are they alive and full of energy? Strangely yes, they havn't emaciated away as worried but do I see this causing early-onset health problems, I really do yes.But I saw MANY products with taurine added so that is fully not an issue. Now if these rants would go in-depth as to analyze that ALTHOUGH vegan cat food alternatives supply these vital nutrients etc yet it means little as their digestive tract is too smallWhere our mouths DONT salivate over raw meat, obligate carnivores do. (Something I've noticed when our breeder dropped off dead chicks *vom* -_-.So what is next? Honestly no idea. Will update. I REALLY REALLY DONT want to buy meat but I seriously do see this experiment hasn't been a success & I know we will start to see further repercussions. I'm dyslexic so bear with me but I assure you this was a super paranoid and hopeful experiment, spelling mistakes no take away from the important information. I wish more people would be frank as to their results. I know it's easy to see that they are still standing and lively so to turn a blind eye to other issues, but they matter. If I can find a butcher who does free scraps then that is my next attempt as gross as it is to me. I will 100% be back as soon as possible to update the world on their poo lol. Just to make sure my experiment is entirely congruent. Hell I don't condone it but I did steal them some chicken when I panicked and saw blood in their stools so hey. I will find a way & report honestly.EDIT 7 MONTHS IN : Fat & happy, Poo has improved, vet has given all clear. I don't think this experiment will have a conclusion until they come to the end of their lives, it could extend it as they're not eating abscesses, antibiotics, & whatever else comes with pet grade meat or cut it short who knows.
