USB-A to Lightning Audio Adapter, Compatible with iMac, Mac Pro/Mini/Studio and More PCs/Laptops

Not all of these USB-c to lightening adapters from other sellers are fully functional. Some only allow you to charge your phone with a old charger. I don’t know why you wold want to do it when charger for iPhone 15 has more power and is a betterI wanted an adapter that I could connect my old headset with a lightening connector to new USB-c connector on iPhone 15 and this adapter works great. I highly recommend this productTo me it is dishonest for other sellers to not say their product doesn’t work with audio. I wasted my time buying from another seller and got a product that didn’t work

I still have some wired headphones but they didn’t work with my newer iPhone. These adaptors work well and saved me money from buying expensive upgrades.

******** UPDATE (19/06/24) ********After working perfectly for nearly 2 months without any issues, it decided to stop working right out of the blue… I know it’s not the fault of the lightning EarPods as I started using it fairly recently, right before I purchased this, and found no issues when plugged into iPhone XS Max after the adapter stopped working.Also, what I mentioned in my original review regarding it getting mildly warm did progress into burning hot, despite no audio even playing for the time it was plugged in.Such a waste of money having to end up with something utterly useless, along with an EarPods that cannot connect my new iPhone. Such a pity…*************** Original Review ***************Works excellent, although the adapter does get mildly warmI was quite skeptical on buying one of these adapters as most of those sold here on Amazon have terrible reviews, with majority of them saying they do not work at all.However, I was quite pleased to know that this does work! The audio is very clear with no issues whatsoever. The buttons and the microphone (call + voice memo) on the EarPods also works perfectly when connected with this.It also fits into the port on my iPhone 15 Pro Max, and I haven’t had any issues with charging.The only downside is, however, that the adapter does get mildly warm when it’s connected to the EarPods, even when no audio is playing. It’s not bothersome at all, as it’s not that significant.As for durability, time will tell. I’ll update in few months or when a problem does arise. Until then, I’m satisfied with this!

Have an older iMac and needed some type of adaptor that would connect lightning-tipped EarPods that come with iPhones to the computer which has a standard audiojack hole. Did not want to buy a new EarPods with a 3.5mm jack from apple since it is expensive for no reason and had regular EarPods that were not used. Regardless, worked very well surprisingly. The computer does not switch the sound output automatically, however. You have to go to Sound and choose it for it to work. Minor inconvenience.

I bought this to use it with Seek Nano 300 thermal imager but unfortunately did not work.When plugged in there was a prompt to select for data or audio use. I had selected data since thermal imager is not an audio equipment. Not sure if this would have worked if I had selected Audio. There is no easy way I could find to alter the selection and re-test.I ended up returning and buying the one from Apple and it worked right away without any prompts. I am giving it a 3 star instead of 1 since my use case is not what most people would use this for any probably works fine for typical scenarios

I got a new phone that requires a USB-C cable. The old phone had a Lightning cable input so I needed this adapter to use my old headphones. This cable has a Lightning female connector on one end and a USB-C male fitting on the other end. It’s designed for audio connection only and will not work with as a charging cable. And I suppose the opposite is true: a charging cable will not work as an audio cable.
