This is the only potassium I've taken which lets me wake up without shaky hands and nerves on edge. I tried changing to lower doses and different forms and what I've found works best is to just stick with this and slowly lessen my dose, hoping my potassium levels improve over time (which seems to be the case). I started about 5 months ago with 1T which is equivalent to 3t and have worked down to 2t spread out over a few hours before bed and paired with magnesium I go to sleep like a kitten. I really love this stuff and am sad I went all those years with low potassium and did not realize it. Very happy to have found something so helpful!

Drink down fast. It doesn’t taste very good, but I’m not taking it for the flavor. I like the benefits.

The cheapest, but quality Potassium BHB ketone salt I've tried so far. I've tried 3 other BHB ketone products and this one is the most affordable and quality product. Having eaten pork ribs and then banana for lunch, then taking 9 grams of this Potassium BHB ketone salt with a glass of fizzy water, I've measured 0.1 mmol/l of Acetone ketone in breath about an hour after lunch.

Somewhat satisfied

BHB supplements will coagulate & clump into a mass and not stay in powder form when mixed with other BHB supplements for very long. I don't know if they had any effect on my ketones.

I put it in a small glass with 1/2 cup water and 1 packet stevia. I mix it with my small battery operated whisk. It doesn’t taste that bad. I’ve been taking MSM for a year for hair growth and that is nasty, so BHB is no where near as bad as BHB.

This makes me confident I am replacing electrolytes

Taste is absolutely horrendous, but so is every other BHB product I’ve bought. The important part is it does give me a deep ketosis for 4-6hrs.
