Ok I wanted to wait a few weeks before I gave an honest opinion. We’ll, I love love love this little machine! It’s nearly silent, easy to use but gets that heart rate up there. Finally an exercise I truly enjoy and do not dread. I can tell I’ve lost inches already! I can’t believe it’s down to $79 bucks now, I paid 89 for mine and was happy.It was simple to put together, very compact and easy to move around. I’m only 4’11” so the stride is more than enough for me. The little timer / step counter works great, just push & hold to clear for your next session.TIP I did not use the support bar it just gets in the way. If you lean forward a little you’ll feel more in the back of your legs & butt. Do a slight bend in your knees and a slight lean back and WOW you can feel it in your Abs!I can’t say enough about this mighty little glider. Thanks Sunny Health for helping me get back into to exercising again!

I ordered this on Thursday, it was delivered on Friday, and I used it today. I'm very pleased with this inexpensive piece of home fitness equipment. I have been wanting a glider-type exercise machine, but wasn't sure which one to buy. I have a very small place so size was very important to me. This walk trainer has a nice small footprint, but that doesn't detract from the workout you get. I'm just shy of 63 years old, and after ten minutes on this machine, I had a sweat going and a good rapid heartbeat. To add resistance I strapped on my one-pound ankle weights and grabbed my two-pound walking hand weights that have a strap I could grab onto while holding the arms. (However, I do like the suggestion that jt1188 made about adding bungee cords to increase resistance, and will definitely try this.)While using the machine this morning, I found it to have a smooth, quiet glide that put no stress on my arthritic knees or feet. It only took seconds for me to get used to the action, and I was able to get a good, steady walk going that I was able to maintain throughout my 45 minute workout. While some reviewers suggested leaving the abdominal pad off, I put it on and liked the added security I felt from it. However, should I decide to remove it later, that will be easily accomplished. The machine comes with the tools necessary to put it together, including a battery for the computer. I'm not sure how accurate the computer counts calories, but the timer was spot-on.While this machine would not be very useful for Johnny Jockstrap, it worked very well for me. It's not as sophisticated as a piece of gym-quality equipment, but I have a gym membership that I used four or five times a week. This is a good piece of equipment to use at home when you can't get to the gym and the weather outside is frightful so that walking is problematic. Setting it up in front of your tv also take the boredom out of exercising.All-in-all, after one use, I'm very pleased with my purchase.

I am enjoying this elliptical, especially using the training videos that are on the Sunny Health app. It is solidly built and fairly easy to assemble. I like the built in cell phone holder. I think this is a good started machine - good value, not too heavy, and it folds.Couple of down points - while most of the machine is well made, the handles are loose (they have to be attached to the machine). When I attached them per the instructions, there was a lot of wiggling there, which made noise and took away from the smooth motion when using the machine. I had to add some cardboard spacers to get a better fit. The instructions were pretty good, but I would have liked the pieces to be better labeled. The diagram showing where the safety pins were was too small for me. And the holes for the safety pin in the legs when extended did not line up well. They did a good job overall, and I am happy with this purchase, but there are these few things which kept me from giving it 5 stars.

This is easy to use, set up, and has a small footprint but it is easy to collapse down and put back up. It did develop a squeak but oil made that go away. It did take a bit to figure out exactly where the oil was needed. I have had no problems with it and feel very secure when using it. There was a bit of assembly but my husband had no problem with it and all parts were there. You control the speed and I have used it both trying for speed and just kind of moving along, steady and smooth operation all the time. The counter is easy to operate and read.
