Sturdy
This tap is really sturdy and a good size.As you can see, you get everything you need to fit it.I like the hose design as that will make fitting taller containers easier as I won't have to lift them out of the sink. I have arthritis I my hands and find taps difficult to turn on and off so the lever design will be much easier for me.I cant wait for my plumber to got it.

Easy to install
The tap was quite cheap so was dubious about the quality, but when it arrived we were quite surprised.Installation was easy and straight forward and the tap works really well on all 4 outlets.Time will tell how long it will last on our hard water.

Great tap. Problems with leak past seals.
Looks great. Works well. However problem with leak from hose for tap connection. Will be sending this back. Just leaking. Seals not holding water. Or female connector not sealing properly.

Nice looking tap but could have a problem.
Whilst this looks and feels like a great tap, I decided not fit it after all. Firstly, it came with no instructions regarding the mounting of the tap nor the operation. Upon opening the box, you are you left with the tap which seems to be in a poorly laid out box with no real place for the extendable hose to fit and no paper work as mentioned. The tap itself looks very well made but it came in a gun metal grey finish not the polished chrome as advertised. The fitting parts are there in a bag and I like the fact the hot and cold-water hoses are separate from the tap as many I have seen have these pipes permanently fitted making it a little harder to fit, even the extendable hose is on a quick release system to help with fitting which is good. Now my reasoning for not fitting this tap and it's its main feature unfortunately. The multi nozzle, whilst it looks a good idea to have these options. Without any paperwork I have no way of really knowing how it works and if it works how I think it does means I could end up spraying water everywhere. The selector switch is built into the tap (please see photos) and as you twist the nozzle whilst it’s fitted to the tap, you'll hear a click and this seems to be the internal selector changing from spray to jet to fountain etc. Now there is no way to turn the tap on and off from the nozzle so you have to select which type of spray you want and then turn the tap on, my problem with this is if you want to quickly rinse something off you have to make sure to correctly seat the nozzle back in the main tap when you are done or you could have water spraying out at an angle you don't want it to. The nozzle is weighted to pull back into the tap but, as there is just a small plastic lug on the nozzle and a matching groove in the tap itself it may not line up correctly leaving the nozzle pointing at a 45 degree to where it should be. I have simulated this and if the tap doesn't retract correctly the two parts do not locate properly and the aforementioned will happen.Unfortunately, this is what my non fitment was based on even though the tap looks great, I really see this as a potential problem that people will need to think about when purchasing especially as this type of tap is usually fitted with being able to pull out and rinse off items on the go.

Excellent tap that's a bit different.
The media could not be loaded. I am a retired kitchen/bathroom installer and plumber. Over the years I have fitted many similar taps, and I could tell as soon as I opened the box, that this is a good quality product. Not being previously familiar with this particular make, I was a little dubious. However, it is obvious that this kitchen pull-out spray tap from LUOCAI has been beautifully engineered and designed from quality materials. With an unusual, satin, brushed gun-metal grey finish it achieves a high standard and looks very smart. It has a striking and novel multi-spray head which produces four different spray patterns, selectable by simply rotating the retractable spray head to a new position. It works well in both the closed and extended operation. The tap pillar tube rotates through 360 degrees and the single lever smoothly and accurately controls the flow and temperature.Primarily for use in a kitchen or utility sink it is a neat, clean and modern design, this tap has been well thought out with great features. Unusual and striking, it’s actually quite attractive, proving that functionality doesn’t have to be ugly.Everything you need is in the box including very clear instructions. Installation should be quite straightforward but do be sure you have room below the sink, in or behind the cupboard below, enough clear unimpeded space to accommodate the free movement of the retractable spray counterweight which when attached must, using gravity, be able to freely fall enough to fully retract the spray tube.Fairly heavy and high as with many other kitchen pull-out taps of this type. So if you are installing this on a thin stainless steel sink, I would strongly recommend using a back-plate support or brace for added rigidity and stability, like one of these below:–https://www.amazon.co.uk/FRANKE-113515300-Tap-Brace-Grey/dp/B00SNER0OY/ref=pd_lpo_2?pd_rd_i=B00SNER0OY&psc=1https://www.amazon.co.uk/Plated-Support-Brace-Stainless-Sinks/dp/B00LFHRVU4https://www.amazon.co.uk/Universal-Kitchen-Support-Bracket-MGM/dp/B078YWWNM4/ref=pd_lpo_1?pd_rd_i=B078YWWNM4&psc=1
