After replacing my many conventional fire extinguishers to keep them current, they were all recalled as faulty in only a few months to faulty handles rendering them inoperable. Had to return to the manufacturer.While I still have conventional fire extinguishers, I bought some of these as backups, and also gave some to other family members. One person recently had a small kitchen fire which one of these cans easily put out, instantly. They commented that it was good to have the tough plastic wrap removed, as others have stated. Also it was an easier, quicker choice to use this spray can as opposed to getting the larger, more expensive fire extinguisher with the pin.

This stuff was awesome!!! Went on a camping trip in Utah, in all my trips I have never had to use a fire extinguisher but this was a first. The place we were camping at, their battery on the golf cart had caught on fire. It put the fire out only using 1/4 of the can. I ended up giving them a few cans to keep on hand and reordering more to restocking my supply. Very impressed!

This is the perfect safety item to keep in the kitchen by the stove. Always on hand - Just in case! Small enough to stash on the counter with the olive oil bottles and seasonings. I have a large extinguisher in the pantry, but this one would be easy to grab and use. Good value.

Good option in lieu of a full size extinguisher. Keep in car, small boat etc. Good price.

Don’t know how to rate this as I haven’t used it, and I hope I never do. However, it does give me a level of comfort and sense of safety as it sits next to my outdoor grill.

We purchase these a few times every year for when we do major forest cleanup of our woods and burn debris in our firepits. They work great!
