The first one came from... (I'm not sure if I'm able to fully disclose the names in my review so I'll get close enough for you to figure it out) "comp HQ" and was packed fairly poorly.. in an antistatic bag loosely in an oversized box with packing peanuts. Only including a 3d printed IO cover... that fit poorly.. The antennas were missing... costing me extra bringing me really close to the same price as buying new... but the MOBO worked fine and was good for its price, hence the 5-star review. Then I ended up needing another board for another build around this price point and figured I'd try again with a different seller. The one from "Ultra part" was everything I hoped the first one to be. It looked brand new except it came packed in a generic motherboard box, but this time included everything and shipped way better too. Review: Came damaged - Two ram slots are dead.when I contacted the seller they told me they would give me a 20$ gift card. I didn’t even get that. Now I have a defective motherboard. It also loading a blue screen. I know it’s the motherboard because I swapped it out with a new motherboard and everything worked.

The tale of two motherboards

Came damaged

Practically brand new
Used in a budget AM4 build. I was skeptical about the motherboard but because it was backed by a GIGABYTE warranty, I decided to pull the trigger. This motherboard might as well be brand new. Everything came wrapped in an anti-static bag with the I/O-shield, SATA connectors, and WIFI antennae. The only thing that was kind of annoying (hence the 4 star review) was that it was missing the M.2 screws. The standoffs were there but no screws. Fortunately, I was able to find screws that fit in the standoffs, but I would just be wary of this one issue. You can find the screws pretty cheap here on Amazon. Would definitely buy again!

RAM SLOTS DONT WORK
So I bought one of these and it works and boots if I have one stick of ram in cause the other slots don’t work.

The motherboard is a good deal and works as described but it came with a plastic io shield
