a little spoonfull in the morning and that sure helps make it a great day. i just stir in a small glass of water becaue the sliht grittiness doesn't bother me... and i find the taste so interesting still, after a month. the benefits i feel are great. Thanks to even just the natural B1.. no more getting up to pee at 3am... and this allows me to sleep throughout the night. therre's a wierd connection it seems with b1, some walnut thing in your brain needing it, and then your bladder starts to behave. i'm hooked, and thankful for the quality and the fair price. zzzzzzzzz

This is a really lovely product. I've used it a couple of times and not been disappointed by its great flavour.

This is my favorite brand of noosh! It's got a clean nutty flavor and is just the right flake size. If you use noosh the way I do, you need a bigger bag and this is a great deal, quality, quantity, and price.

I had high hopes as the other reviews are high. Unfortunately this tastes like bleach! If yoy gave eaten the Bosh! Brand yeast you know what good quality yeasts taste like, this stuff is nothing like it and does not have any kind of cheese taste. Really poor.

Well worth the money as our independent review from others proved to be an accurate allinement with our own thoughts. Good product worth the money.
