This fire pit is so sleek and looks amazing but the best part is that it’s the perfect level to sit and put your feet on the edge of it! No pointy edges to slam your legs into either! So glad we got this. The only thing I wish was different is that I would have liked to choose the rock color. We wanted black so we had to purchase separately.

Pretty much as pictured. Expected it to come scratched as others had commented but noted it came with touch up paint so wasn't worried. It did come scratched. Put in box that way because packaging was great. Touch up paint is darker though so now it looks like there are oil smudges on it and yes I thoroughly shook it up before application. I am positive I can find a matching spray paint or just spray a different color though so not overly upset and will probably do a clear coat too. The price was great compared to others and arrived early, heat and flame nice. Easy to ignite.

Extremely disappointed with this purchase. The firetable is made out of this plaster like material - which is not the worst. Based on the photos and price, I was expected a higher quality material. This was not the issue we had with the product - from day 1, we had issues getting the table to ignite and stay lit. The igniter could get the fire started - but the safety mechanism triggers 1-2 mins into use like clockwork. The only way to keep the fire lit is to hold down the igniter button. I emailed support and their solution was to send us a replacement piece and have us do the repairs ourselves. The repair was complicated. When the job was done - the problem was still not fixed. Customer support went silent and the window to return this product via Amazon was well past. Overall - not worth the price.

This is a great fire pit/table! It puts off a really nice amount of heat. We've not tested it in weather below 70 degrees as of yet, but we suspect that it will work well on high, once we get into fall temps. It does come with a glass shield and ample amount of lava rock. We replaced our lava rock with fire glass which dramatically improved the aesthetic (and matched our outdoor sofa). The hose for propane comes out of either smaller side of the fire pit, there is a half moon cutout at the bottom of each end for the hose. It also comes with a round stand for the propane tank, which is nice. There is a decent cover for the fire pit but not the propane tank. The fire pit is perfect to put our feet on while sitting on the couch. Plenty of room for a beverage on the table portion. With the glass shield on, drinks do not get warm. I will say that the glass shield prevents a lot of the heat from hitting those sitting around the fire pit. Standing up you will feel it. We've been using it mostly with the glass shield removed. I'd recommend this fire pit/table!

Cool looking product, paid for the full package however they didn’t deliver the Glass Cover. Other than the missing item and terrible returns process it’s worth it.

We are very happy with our purchase. We did switch out the lava rocks for the glass stones. We prefer the look of the glass. We were also able to get a table to conceal the tank that matched the fire table pretty well. This has been a game changer for our deck. Kids want their friends over every night to hang out and make s’mores. For the adults it’s so nice not to smell like a fireplace at the end of the night. You will notice in my pics that there are some scratches on the top. It does scratch easily and those all came from the glass fire screen. The fire screen is great on a windy night but otherwise it’s pretty annoying and we tend to use it as little as possible. All in all I would recommend.

Shortly after my original review was posted, they reached out and sent me a brand new fireplace, no questions asked! That kind of quick and thoughtful response really impressed me. It shows they stand behind their product and care about their customers. The new fireplace looks just as beautiful, and I’m hopeful it will hold up better through the seasons this time around. I’ve raised my rating from 3 to 4 stars for now and will consider updating to 5 stars once I see how the new one performs long-term. Big thanks to the company for making things right! Original Review: It has been almost a year come mid-April since having this fireplace. I’m giving a 3 star rating as it was beautiful, works great, & I did love the aesthetic but it has not held up during the seasons here in KY. Even with it being covered during the colder seasons, the paint has chipped away. And not just in one area but the entire fireplace. I am very displeased as this is a very expensive outdoor fireplace and I would expect for the material to hold up outdoors and longer than under a year.
