I bought this product in 2023 and I some issue lately. Since it was under warranty, I was send a new item. My entire experience with the customer support was really good. They were quick & professional in resolving it.

Straightener is okay but curler is too good 👍🏼

The product is decent not worth the amount it is priced at, it would be better if you buy the curler or straighter separately. I think it would be more effective. 1.the blow dryer is not very powerful it took me hours to blow dry my hair. 2.I like the fact that it has cold and medium and hot temporatures so can adjust accordingly. 3. The attachment for smoothening I felt made no big difference. 4.The blow dry looking Attachment is kind off useless the hair gets completely tangled in it. 5. The curler attachments are the only ones I like so far as it does the job but you have to take very small portions of your hair otherwise the auto roller doesn't pick up all your hair. But it does the job very well and instantly and you don't have to worry about your hands getting burnt holding the ends of your hair. 6. The comb is also very effective if your looking to get a ironed look this will give you a look close to that. 7. The entire machine is very loud and there is alot of air that blows through when your curling so it frizzes out the rest of the hair around or blows out the other curls that are already done.

This is very useful for girls who love styling in multiple way also best option for gift very low noice but highly effective easy to use just attach the attachment and there is lock unlock option in main unit lock the moisture in hair without make them dry and messy and most I love about the curler I mean they are so effortless just take a layer and the curler will curl them automatically so impressed with this feature of this dryer definitely go for it
