I have ordered these several times now and find they have an excellent amount of the important EPA and DHA compared to other similar products. There isn't a fishy smell to the capsules and no fishy aftertaste or burps. Perfect for vegans and vegetarians.

Changed my life, not even joking - went vegaquarium a few years ago but it had seriously started to affect my memory and cognition - writing and programming just weren't the same. Yes, I'm terrible at cooking and looking after myself, but still really didn't want to go back to eating land animals (and yes, I hope to get off seafood too eventually). Tried these and BING it was like a lightbulb came back on almost instantly (like, the same day). Can't recommend enough!

Read a good write up for this product so decided to try them. The capsules are large but I haven’t had a problem swallowing them. Value for money.

i was using liquid multivitamin for a while but it was sweetened, and i don't like the added sweetener/sugars. this unsweetened multivit is better in my opinion

So many vitamins all in one tablet, so easy to use.

The balance of vitamins in this supplement is very good; sensible percentages of the Recommended Daily Amounts/Nutrient Reference Values (RDA/NRV; same thing) mean that you shouldn't need any other vitamin and mineral supplements except on medical advice. They come out at just over 18p per day for your dose (based on single purchase price at time of review); there are other vegan multivitamins with the same NRV rated constituents in very simlar quantities on Amazon - a quick trawl finds some at 10p per day and even one lot at 6p per day. That last one would save you nearly £45 per year. The difference/selling point with this product is their "exclusive plant-based 'superfood' complex", which the label shows is extracts of goji berry, blueberry, green tea, and pumpkin seed, plus resveratrol. There are recognised antioxidants and other good things here, so it all boils down to whether that convenience is worth the extra 12p per day to you, or whether you'd rather spend that £45 on 3kg of dried goji berries from Amazon. The choice is yours!

These "Vegetology" multivitamin and minerals come in a sealed plastic bottle and contain 60 days supply taking one tablet per day. They contain 26 different vitamins and minerals essential to a healthy diet and 5 different "super food" extracts. All of the vitamins and most of the minerals supply at least 100% of your recommended daily amount apart from calcium and magnesium which only have 15% of your recommended daily amount. The tablets are reasonably sized and oval in shape measuring 18mm X 9mm and I don't find them to difficult to swallow but if you find it difficult swallowing fairly large tablets, these may not be for you. I took a star off for the price point which is considerably higher than the multivitamin and minerals I would normally buy in the supermarket but they don't contain the "super food extracts" like these do. Other than that they offer a comprehensive range of all the essential vitamins and minerals you need for a healthy diet, mostly at 100% of your recommended daily amount and that ticks most of my boxes.
