Good stuff
Used on the bottom of my kayak to protect from abrasion etc. It works really well. It’s been six months and it is still working well.

Perfect skid pad for kayak
Cut this into 4 inch wide strips and used a heat gun to shape and form them on the keel of my old town pdl 120. Held them down with 3m double sided tape. Now I can slide my kayak over the cement and oyster shells and not worry about damage to my kayak.

great for my use
I used this to create a bevel for my son's car stereo. The texture and color are perfect... just shy of black and perfectly textured. The result looks... ummm... badass. yes badass.Okay, elegant and better than OEM. But mainly badass.

Make sure you look up different kydex texture varieties before buying this.
I bought some for holster/sheath making and it wasn't exactly the stuff you see them use in the Youtube videos/tutorials. This stuff has a very smooth outer finish (velour matte) and melts much easier despite the heating instructions being followed carefully. I suggest that if you are looking for sheath material it's better to get the stuff from knifekits .com.
