i was in the market hoping to find something with advanced Thai assists and this came up and by the name it sounded like exactly what I was looking for. Unfortunately, this didn't have anything that a basic Thai massage book would have in terms of assists. This seems to be a highlight of rudimentary yoga terms, a few asanas, basic chakra explanations and a page here and there about what a mudra or dosha is and maybe a page or two of brief history. This might be helpful for someone just beginning a yoga journey with zero experience in teaching yoga, the practice or theory of yoga, and no Thai massage experience. I would have given it three stars just for the effort but it's really hard to get over the fact that every page had misspelled words which really negates the credibility of the author.
