i received this item 14 days ago, i've been practicing on fake skin and it was great until it wasn't. The gun just stopped working, the battery is fully charged and it's working but the machine itself just doesn't turn on, unsure as to where i've gone wrong with this as i'm positive i've done everything right with it and taken care of the machine well. It just stopped entirely, half way through tattooing but it was still on. Overheated, waited for it to cool down and tried again and it just didn't start. Really upset with this as i was starting a dream journey.

Ordered this and paid £12 for the faster delivery only for it to arrive 5 days late, then when opened the thing didn’t even work. I’ve tried charging the battery but it seems as tho the connectors don’t align so it won’t even click onto the pen and stay there. Not worth the hassle just go for one of the better brands and save yourself the time

Set it up to use and keeps making a strange noise, I brought this one to upgrade from a standard pen and can't use cause keeps making strange noise

Friendly customer service, fast delivery! Overall a painless experience given all circumstances! Will most definitely do business with them again!!

It works like a dream. The only issue I have is there wasn't enough instructions to show how to set it up. Other than that I'm very satisfied.

I didn’t even know the battery was removable at first. The design on this machine makes it all look like one piece when the battery is attached. The battery being flush to the machine makes wrapping it a little easier during set up, and provides better gripping points. The battery holds a decent charge as well. One downside is that the buttons to cut it on and adjust voltage are tiny. It’s not unbearable, but I sometimes end up pressing the power button instead of adjusting voltage. The pen is on the bulky side so you probably don’t need to wrap it too much. It also isn’t the quietest or smoothest, but it gets the job done if you know what you’re doing. For any experienced artist, this wouldn’t be a great machine, but to a beginner it’s okay to learn with.
