I’ve been using the Waterdrop filter for a few weeks now, and I can already taste the difference. The water is noticeably cleaner, fresher, and has zero chlorine smell. I actually enjoy drinking water straight from the tap now. Installation took just a couple of minutes — it’s super simple and the instructions are clear. I appreciate the slim, space-saving design too — perfect for my small kitchen setup. It filters fast and doesn’t slow down the water flow, which is a huge plus. And knowing it removes lead, chlorine, and other nasty stuff gives me peace of mind, especially with a baby on the way. Company stands behind a great product!
I crushed the provided adapter so it was unusable during initial install because the Crescent wrench was not tight enough. FYI, using the teflon tape with the provided adapters needs to be completely tightened, which is cumbersome in small areas. i telephoned the company, a rep answered promptly and sent a replacement part with no hesitation or mention of cost (free). i was amazed, the part came and installed (with my new found experience!) perfectly. the company followed up to verify everything was satisfactory, which is unbelievable in this day and age. the filter works as advertised and the Waterdrop people stand behind their products!

Water Pressure Drops Off After a Few Weeks
There's a significant water pressure drop after a few weeks. Initially, there was an acceptable and expected drop, but after 7 weeks, the drop in pressure is too steep now. Bit unhappy now.
